Interactive Calculator lets students find unit rates.
To use the Interactive Calculator, present students with a question. For example, 12 eggs cost $1.44, how much does one egg cost? Have students start by inputting the number 1.44. This number will appear in the window of the calculator. Press the '÷ ' button on the calculator, and press 12. Press the ' =' button on the calculator to show the answer. Try other questions so students can determine unit rates. |
