Builds UponStudent Book pages 210-211 Instructions for UseKinds of Angles helps students to learn the three types of angles. To use Kinds of Angles, have students solve the questions.
Make Angles lets students observe the size of angles using a protractor. To use Make Angles, click the 'Make Angle' button. The angle is displayed in pink overtop of the protractor. Make additional angles, and review the procedure of measuring angles with a protractor. Star Gazing lets students investigate angle measures using a protractor. To use Star Gazing, point the telescope at each planet in the night sky. Input the angle in the text box and select the button 'Point Telescope'. A laser beam points to the planet and indicates if the angle is correct and a planet is located. |
