To encourage students to have fun on the Web while learning about Creating Cube Structures from Different Views, here are some games and interactive activities they can do on their own or in pairs.

Instructions for Use

Build Your Own Wall lets students recognize top, back, front, and side views of 3-D objects.

To use Build Your Own Wall, view the example at the bottom of the applet. Click on a yellow shape, and move it into the workspace below the shapes. The 2-D shape in the workspace, becomes a 3-D shape in the object to the right of the workspace. Manipulate the object by turning it to see the top , back, front, and side views. Click the 'Erase' button to remove all shapes. Complete the example at the bottom of the applet. Have students build another wall.
